Neighborhood & association research

Frisco has a major HOA presence.

The City of Frisco says it has more than 200 homeowners associations and maintains an HOA Directory. Its Five Star Neighborhood Program recognizes participating HOAs for communication, management, fiscal responsibility and community involvement.

For a specific property, verify current dues, assessments, transfer requirements, amenities, architectural controls and deed restrictions directly from the association and governing documents.
